I can no longer sign in. What should I do?+
Check the address used during signup, then reset your password from the sign-in page. If the issue continues, open a request with the exact error message.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
Open My account, then Subscription. You can change plans, resume, or schedule cancellation depending on your subscription status.
The camera or rep counting is not working properly.+
Keep your full body in frame, stabilize the phone, and use even lighting. In your request, include the phone model, exercise, and the step where the issue occurs.
Are videos from my camera uploaded?+
No. Pose analysis runs on your phone, and no workout image or video is uploaded or stored by FitForm.
Where can I follow a request I already sent?+
All your requests and support replies remain available here while your account exists.
