Can FitForm actually help me lose weight?

How does FitForm count my reps with the camera?

FitForm uses AI pose detection (MoveNet): the camera tracks 17 points of your skeleton frame by frame, and a state machine confirms each rep by position, dynamics, and duration. Founding principle: better to miss a rep than to count a fake one — counting targets over 95% reliability.

Do I need equipment or a wearable?

Nothing. FitForm works bodyweight-only with just your phone's camera. Set it on the floor or against a wall, frame yourself up, and the session starts — no sensor, no wearable, no equipment subscription.

Are my videos recorded or sent anywhere?

No. The camera never records an image or video. Every frame is analyzed in real time on your phone to extract skeleton points, then immediately discarded. This analysis runs 100% offline — nothing leaves the device.

Which phones is FitForm available on?
