Terms of Service

By creating an account, installing the app or using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to do so.

FitForm is a fitness coaching app — bodyweight HIIT, rep counting and form correction through pose detection — together with a nutrition coaching module. It is available through the mobile app and through this site, which additionally hosts freely accessible guides and calculators.

Using the service requires a personal account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. The information you provide — age, weight, height, goals — must be accurate: it is what the coach computes your loads and your calorie deficit from. An account is individual and must not be shared.

The Nutrition module is restricted to adults who are neither pregnant nor breastfeeding, with no history of an eating disorder and no prescribed medical diet. Those restrictions are not decorative: an automated calorie deficit is unsuitable, and potentially dangerous, in those situations. If one applies to you, do not enable the module and speak to a healthcare professional.

In using FitForm, you agree not to:

• circumvent, disable or probe the security measures of the service;
• access the service by unauthorised automated means, or bulk-extract its content;
• decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the app, except as the law permits;
• resell, sublicense or give a third party access to your account;
• create fake accounts, fake conversions or fake clicks to manipulate the partner programme;
• submit through support any unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing someone else's rights;
• use the service in a way that disrupts it for other users.

The calculators (BMI, daily calorie needs, calories burned, protein) and the guides published on this site are provided free of charge, for information, and without any warranty of accuracy for your personal situation. The embeddable versions remain FitForm's property: you may embed them on your site without modifying them or removing the attribution.

We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it: maintenance, a provider outage or a network incident can interrupt the service. Features evolve, and some may be changed or withdrawn. If a withdrawal materially affects a feature you are paying for, you may cancel and be refunded for the unused period.

The app, this site, their code, editorial content, visual identity, models and the FitForm brand are protected and remain the publisher's property. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the life of your account. No transfer of ownership is granted.

Your sessions, your profile and your history remain your data. You grant us only the right to host and process them in order to provide the service, and to use them in aggregated, non-identifying form to improve counting accuracy. The detail is set out in the privacy policy.

You may stop using FitForm and delete your account at any time from the My Account page. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, payment or partner-programme fraud, or manifestly abusive use. Except in cases of fraud, termination on our initiative is preceded by a warning and entitles you to a refund of the paid, unused period.

FitForm is provided as is, with no warranty that counting will be accurate in every circumstance — pose detection depends on your framing, your lighting and your device. We guarantee no fitness or weight-loss outcome: those depend on factors we do not control. We are not liable for an injury resulting from training unsuited to your physical condition, nor for indirect loss. Nothing here excludes our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury caused by us, nor limits the rights the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.

Neither party is liable for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control: natural disaster, prolonged power or network outage, decision of a public authority, or major failure of an infrastructure provider.

These terms may change as the service does. A material change will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect; continuing to use FitForm after that date is acceptance. If the change does not suit you, you may cancel before it applies.

These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country of establishment, stated in the legal notice. That choice does not deprive you of any mandatory protection guaranteed by the law of your country of habitual residence. We look for an amicable solution first: write to support, we answer. If you live in the European Union, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
