Terms of sale
Terms of Sale
This document governs the purchase of a FitForm subscription. It supplements the terms of service, which govern use of the service itself. Where the two conflict on a question of money, this document prevails.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Scope
These terms apply to every subscription taken out from this site or from the FitForm app, whatever the buyer's country. They are written for consumers acting for non-professional purposes.
Who sells you the subscription
For card payments, the seller is Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as FitForm's official reseller (Merchant of Record). Your purchase contract and your invoice are with Paddle, which collects the VAT or local tax applicable in your country and appears on your bank statement. FitForm remains the publisher and the provider of the service. This arrangement is not administrative trivia: it determines who to approach for an invoice, a refund or a withdrawal.
The seller, by payment method
| Payment method | Seller | Where to manage the subscription |
|---|---|---|
| Card, on this site | Paddle.com Market Ltd, official reseller | My Account page, or the Paddle customer portal |
| In-app purchase in the Android app | Google, through Google Play Billing | Play Store, Subscriptions section of your Google account |
| Mobile money: MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money | FitForm, directly, through the TokiPay aggregator | My Account page |
The plans
- Free — basic access to guided training and rep counting, with no subscription and no time limit.
- Monthly — full access — adaptive coach, advanced tracking, Nutrition module — billed every month.
- Yearly — the same features, billed once a year at a reduced rate compared with twelve monthly payments.
Prices, currencies and taxes
The prices that apply are those shown on the subscription page when you order. Card payments are denominated in US dollars; mobile money payments are denominated in ariary, converted from the dollar price at a reference rate fixed once a day. For card payments, Paddle calculates and collects the VAT, GST or sales tax applicable to your country: depending on where you are, the displayed amount may therefore be exclusive of tax, with the total shown at checkout.
The subscription renews automatically
Unless cancelled before the end of the current period, your subscription renews for an identical duration and is charged at the rate then in force. A monthly subscription renews every month, a yearly one every year. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for — you keep access until then.
Cancelling
Cancelling is always free, needs no reason and has no notice period. The route depends on where you paid:
- Card payment: from the My Account page, or from the Paddle customer portal linked in the same place.
- Android in-app purchase: exclusively from the Play Store, under Subscriptions in your Google account — we technically have no control over those subscriptions.
- Mobile money: from the My Account page.
Changing plan
Moving from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately, with a pro-rata credit for the monthly period already paid. Moving from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the current yearly period, with no early refund — except where the refund policy applies.
Price changes
We may change our prices. A price change never applies to a period already paid for: it will be notified by email at least 30 days before the renewal concerned, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Without cancellation on your part, the renewal proceeds at the new rate.
Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have in principle 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because a FitForm subscription is digital content supplied immediately, you expressly request that performance begin as soon as you pay, and you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once supply has begun. As long as you have not started using the paid service, that right stands in full: the 14-day period runs and the refund is complete. In every case, our refund policy goes beyond this legal minimum.
Failed payment
If a charge fails, the payment provider retries several times over a few days and tells you. If nothing is settled after that, access to paid features is suspended, without your account or your history being deleted: everything comes back the moment payment succeeds.
Discount codes and partner codes
A discount code applies at checkout, within its duration and its scope. It cannot be combined with another offer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged or converted into cash, and may be cancelled retroactively if used fraudulently — self-referral in particular.
Invoices
Every payment produces an invoice, available from the My Account page. For card payments the invoice is issued by Paddle in its capacity as reseller: that is the document that counts for accounting purposes, and it is Paddle you ask for a correction (name, address, VAT number).
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country of establishment, stated in the legal notice, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence. For a card payment, Paddle's buyer terms additionally govern the sale itself. We always prefer an amicable settlement: write to support before anything else.
The third-party sellers' documents
Depending on your payment method, these terms are read alongside those of the seller that took your payment.
- Paddle buyer terms — for card payments, where Paddle is the seller.
- Google Play Terms of Service — for a subscription taken out from the Android app.
- FitForm Refund Policy — what is refundable, and who to ask.
