FitForm is a fitness coaching app that uses your phone's camera to count reps and correct form in real time, with no equipment and no gym.

FitForm turns an Android phone's camera into a fitness coach. Pose detection tracks 17 skeleton points to validate every rep on its range of motion and to correct form during the set, across bodyweight HIIT circuits of 15 to 25 minutes. An AI nutrition coach completes the picture, tuning the calorie deficit from a weekly weigh-in and producing a meal plan, macros, and a grocery list. Detection runs entirely on the device: no image is ever transmitted.

FitForm is an Android fitness and nutrition coaching app that replaces a coach's watchful eye with the phone's camera. A pose-detection model (MoveNet) tracks 17 skeletal key points frame by frame; a state machine validates each repetition on its position, dynamics, and duration, following a deliberate principle — better to miss a rep than to count a bad one. The most common form faults (rounding back, caving knee, range cut short) are flagged during the movement, in under twelve words, so the circuit's rhythm survives. Sessions are bodyweight HIIT circuits of 15 to 25 minutes, doable in roughly 2 m² with no equipment at all, drawn from a catalog of more than 15 movements available at several difficulty levels. Alongside training, a nutrition coach generates macros, a meal plan, and a grocery list, then tightens or loosens the calorie deficit according to the loss actually observed at the weekly weigh-in. All detection runs locally and offline: no image or video leaves the device — only skeleton points are computed, then discarded.
