A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. This page lists the ones fitform.fit sets — all of them, without exception — and what each is for.

No advertising cookies, and one question asked
FitForm sets no advertising cookie, no social media pixel and no third-party analytics tracker. None of our cookies profiles you or follows you from site to site. Two of them — your session and your language — are strictly necessary for the service you asked for and so need no permission. The two partner attribution cookies are different: they exist to pay a third party rather than to serve you, so they are set only after you explicitly agree, asked at the moment you arrive through a referral link. If you have never come through such a link, the question is never put to you — hence no banner on an ordinary visit.

The ff_ref and ff_click cookies are httpOnly: page JavaScript cannot read them, and they contain nothing but a partner code or a click identifier — never information about you. Declining does not stop a partner counting your click, which is recorded on our servers without storing anything on your device; only the link to a possible sign-up is given up.
Your answer on partner attribution
You can change your answer at any time, here, as easily as you gave it. Declining immediately erases any attribution cookie already set.

Third-party cookies
Exactly one situation involves any: paying by card, which opens Paddle's checkout window. Paddle then sets its own cookies, necessary to run and secure the transaction, under its own responsibility and its own policy. No other third party sets a cookie on this site. The embeddable calculators that other sites may display in a frame set no cookie at all.
Not a cookie, but worth knowing
The Android app does not work with cookies. It stores your session and your training data locally on your phone; clearing them means clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
Refusing or deleting cookies
You stay in control at any time, from your browser — we offer no separate setting, because there is nothing optional to switch off:
- Delete cookies already set: in your browser's privacy settings, under site data.
- Block this site's cookies: possible in every browser, site by site or globally.
- Browse in a private window: cookies are cleared when you close it.
- Neutralise partner attribution without blocking anything: reach the site by its direct address rather than through an /r/ or /c/ link.
What blocking them costs you
Blocking session cookies makes logging in impossible: account, subscription and support become unreachable. Blocking NEXT_LOCALE sends you back through automatic language detection on every visit. Declining partner attribution costs you nothing in the service — only the partner who referred you loses their commission. Blocking ff_consent, finally, exposes you to nothing worse than being asked again each time you arrive through a referral link.
