Home workouts for beginners, starting from zero.
Two things stop a beginner: doing far too much in week one, and never knowing whether the movement is right. The first produces soreness that kills session two; the second builds habits that end in a sore knee or a bad back. FitForm addresses both — volume that climbs gradually, and a camera that corrects your form when there is nobody there to do it.

How to start without burning out in two weeks
Start lower than you think you can handle
Week one is not there to prove anything, it is there to build the habit. Short sessions finished without pain beat one heroic first workout followed by five days on the couch.
A scaled variant for every level
Push-ups from the knees before full push-ups, sprawls before burpees, partial squats before full depth. Every movement in the catalog has levels: you progress by changing variant, not by gritting your teeth.
Form validated from the very first rep
The beginning is when motor patterns get written. The camera tracks 17 skeleton points and flags a rounding back or a caving knee immediately — before the fault becomes the habit.
Progression driven by your consistency
The coach raises volume from what you actually did. Three sessions this week and the program steps up; one session and it adjusts without burying you under catch-up work.
Gym vs home
Your whole gym fits in your living room.
Weight loss doesn't come from a membership or a commute. It comes from your consistency — and nothing kills consistency like the friction of getting to the gym.

Starting home workouts — frequently asked questions
How many sessions per week as a beginner?
Two to three short sessions, separated by at least one rest day, is a sensible starting point. The goal of the first weeks is consistency, not volume: the habit is what makes everything else possible.
Do I need to buy equipment to start?
No. A mat for comfort, clothes you can move in, and your phone. Every exercise is bodyweight and fits in roughly 2 m².
Is muscle soreness normal?
Yes, especially after the first sessions, and it fades markedly over the following weeks. Diffuse soreness that clears in two or three days is part of adaptation; sharp, joint-centred, or localised pain during the movement is a signal to stop, not to push through.
How do I know my form is right without a coach?
That is precisely the problem pose detection solves: the camera compares your movement path to a reference pattern and corrects you in one short line during the set. A mirror shows a silhouette from the front; it does not tell you your pelvis is tilting.
Should I see a doctor before starting?
If you have a cardiac history, a current injury, a chronic condition, or a long period of inactivity, medical clearance beforehand is recommended. FitForm is a wellness app and does not replace a consultation.
